Alex Fox-Alvarez, DVM, MS, DACVS-SA
Chief Surgical Officer
Dr. Fox-Alvarez is both a Boarded Surgeon and an owner/partner of CCVS. As a General and Minimally Invasive Veterinary Surgeon, he is an active member of our community as a Surgical Education Coordinator. He believes in mutually-beneficial community partnerships where businesses and people take care of one another, and he has spearheaded a 'composting' effort within our business to help support a healthier environment. In his spare time, he and his wife, Stacey, enjoys traveling and SCUBA. His hobbies and interests range from music and drums, to collegiate wrestling, to fish and plant-keeping.

Advanced training in soft tissue surgery, surgical oncology, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, with an emphasis on minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, arthroscopy and interventional radiology.
